Robert is an experienced professional in the executive search industry. He has over 20 years of experience as a headhunter in the private and (semi)public sector. Robert has a lot of expertise in the mediation of specialized positions within internationally oriented organizations. With a business background, he has built up over 12 years of international sales experience. Business to Business, consumer goods, and business services within a wide variety of industries. Robert has gained international commercial work experience in the paint and plastics industry, DIY industry, corporate identity and brand management, the graphic industry and in aviation. New business development, account management and setting up European sales organizations are not foreign to him. In 2002 he made a switch to the executive search industry. Robert focuses on search, headhunting, organizational advice, interim management and management consultancy. He is highly valued by his clients as an advisor and sparring partner in the field of personnel and organizational development.
