Use of collected data
When you register for one of our services, we ask you to provide personal information. This data is used to be able to perform the service and to inform you by means of a periodic newsletter. You can unsubscribe from this newsletter at any time. We use the personal information for certain purposes. This means that for candidates who register with us to be placed, their details will be included in our candidate database for the purpose of matching (future) vacant positions.

When you send us an e-mail or other messages as a customer, candidate or user of our website, we may store those messages. Sometimes we ask you for your personal details that are relevant to the situation/service in question (for example for search assignments, services and educational activities). This makes it possible to process your questions and answer your requests. In order to guarantee confidentiality in assessments and psychological tests, we have concluded a ‘data processing agreement’ with our partners based on current privacy legislation.

This website uses cookies to provide you with an optimal user experience and to be able to record and analyse website usage.

Retention period
We will store your details for a reasonable period for the purposes set out above. For personal information of crmLINK candidates who have participated in a placement process and/or of clients, suppliers and other relations, we store them for the duration of our business. After this period, the information will be deleted or anonymized unless other retention periods have been or will be agreed with you.

Third parties
crmLINK handles personal data confidentially. Our employees are obliged to respect the confidentiality of your data. Personal data will of course not be sold. The information will only be shared with third parties if this is necessary for the execution of our services. These third parties are not permitted to use or pass on the personal information independently.

Changes
This privacy statement is tailored to the use of relationship data to be able to perform our services and the possibilities on this site. Any adjustments and/or changes to this site or our services may lead to changes in this privacy statement. It is therefore advisable to consult this privacy statement regularly.

Inspection, correction or removal
We offer the possibility to view, change, or remove all personal information that has been provided to us at any time. At the bottom of each mailing you will find the option to adjust your data or to unsubscribe. If you want to change your data or have yourself removed from our files, you can contact us. You can send a request to info@crmlink.nl. Requests will be processed within 4 weeks.
