Carla Aalse

Managing Partner

Carla is a social psychologist and organizational psychologist with a versatile profile in governance, management and supervision. Born in Curaçao and active in top positions in the (semi)public sector for more than two decades, she moves with conviction between strategy and human dynamics. As managing partner and co-founder of crmLiNK, former director of a corporate governance academy and initiator of various training and consultancy practices, she has come to know governance issues from the inside. Her extensive experience in (non)executive search deepens her insight into leadership and management profiles. She combines knowledge of supervision, leadership and culture change with management experience at COA, Reclassering Nederland and AMC/De Meren, among others. She also fulfills and has fulfilled various supervisory roles, including at the Stedelijk Museum Amsterdam and OSB, and she is active as an advisor and board coach in the Caribbean region.
